When is the RSVP deadline?

RSVP response cards will be sent with your invitations. We ask that you have those in the mail to us by March 29th.

What is the dress code?

We ask that you wear cocktail level of formality. Please no jeans or shorts. Additionally, as is commonplace, we ask that no one wears a white or mostly white dress. We've created a Pinterest to provide examples of some styles of outfits you could wear. You can also look at the "Dress Code" tab for an explanation of what "Cocktail Attire" means. https://pin.it/4CUy69SxL

What if I have dietary restrictions?

If we haven't already talked to you personally about it, you can reach out to the Groom at gabriel.arnold577@gmail.com with the needed dietary restrictions and he will pass them along to the caterer in an attempt to accommodate them.

Where's the wedding ceremony and reception?

Both the ceremony and reception will be at the same location: The Wedding Chapel on the Mountain in Brownsboro Alabama.

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

The wedding ceremony will take place outdoors while the reception will be held in an indoor/covered veranda area. In the event of severe weather, the ceremony may be moved indoors to the chapel.

Are there accommodations near the venue or hotel room blocks?

Yes! Please check the "Travel" tab to see our recommendations!

What's the best airport to use?

We love the Huntsville International Airport, which is only 19 miles from Downtown Huntsville!

Are plus-ones allowed?

Your invitation will indicate exactly who is invited. Due to the limited size of the venue, we are opting not to allow plus ones in order to have more of our loved ones with us.

Is the wedding kid friendly?

We have made the decision to have a child free wedding. As much as we love all of your children and the blessings they've been, we ask that you not bring them to the wedding. Hopefully this will allow you a night to relax, but we understand if you decide not to join us due to this decision.

What will the food and beverage options look like?

Our cocktail hour will feature two hors d'oeuvres, a beer and wine selection, and our signature drinks. The dinner hour will include a salad, two entrée options, two sides, and rolls served buffet style with the same bar options.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony to post on social media?

To help our photographer avoid having to edit half a dozen phones out of every picture, we ask that phones be kept put away during the ceremony. We will gladly share ceremony photos with you once we get them and you are welcome to take as many photos as you would like during the cocktail hour and reception.

Will there be a guest book or other memory-capturing features?

At the entrance to the reception hall, there will be a bible we would love everyone to pick a verse to highlight and sign next to. We will have additional verses printed as a suggestion for those who don't have one at the ready.

Is parking free, and is it close to the venue?

Parking is free and is on-site. The venue will have signs guiding you where to go when you arrive.

What's the best way to contact you if I have additional questions?

In order to keep the bride from being swamped, the groom will be handling any additional questions. The Grooms phone number and email are as follows (320) 405-9139/ Gabriel.arnold577@gmail.com
